Yes, you can rent a golf cart for your stay at HTR Niagara online or upon arrival (based on available inventory).

All golf cart rentals are required to complete the Golf Cart Rental Agreement Form containing the following rules:

• Rental/Personal Golf Cart fees are 100% earned. No refunds are permitted. *
• At no time shall the GOLF CART exceed the model specific maximum passenger capacity or weight capacity. *
• All Passengers – including children – must be seated while the cart is in motion. No lap riding is permitted. *
• GOLF CARTS operated after sunset must have lights turned on. Please respect your neighbors and the quiet hours. *
• GOLF CARTS must always be operated in a safe, respectful manner. Irresponsible or dangerous cart operations will not be tolerated. Failure to abide will result in immediate GOLF CART rental termination and forfeit of rental fee. *
• GOLF CARTS must stay under the speed limit and stay on main roads in the campground, no nature trails. Use the Crosswalks to cross any main road.
• GOLF CARTS are NOT permitted in the surrounding developments or public areas. *
• Renter/ Personal Golf Cart Owner is responsible for any loss or damage to the GOLF CART and authorizes us to charge the credit card on file for any repair or replacement costs. The cost to repair or replace the cart will be solely determined by the outside rental company GOLF CARTS are sourced from and all costs are non-negotiable and must be paid in full. The renter/ owner / driver is also legally and financially liable for any loss or damage to any 3rd party property of the campground or other guests. *
• Alcohol is not permitted on GOLF CART and the rules of the Motor Vehicle act will apply, i.e. impaired Driving etc. *
• GOLF CART Driver must have possession/control of the GOLF CART keys when not in use. A $25 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or stolen keys.

Our resort fee includes amenities, activities, and comforts for your stay. We hope you enjoy the swimming pools, mini golf, crafts, boating, biking, laser tag and site-wide Wi-Fi. Please note: Some activities are subject to scheduling and may be limited during your stay.

Of course, your pets are welcome! There is a one-time fee of $50 per pet and a 2-pet maximum for any cabin or vacation rental. There is a 2-pet maximum for RV and tent sites. Please note that all pets must have proof of rabies vaccinations to be on the property.

For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”) (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit, Less $20, up to the date that is 14 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date, (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. Holidays require a 14-day notice

MONTHLY OR LONGER STAYS: For all guests with stays of 30 nights or longer, please see property agreement for Cancellations policy.

*ADVANCE PURCHASE rates are full non-refundable deposits and no modifications. If a reservation is booked with advanced purchase, the reservation will not receive a cancellation refund.

We do not provide a shuttle service. Uber, Lyft or taxi companies are available in the area at a reasonable rate.

You can view the falls from the American Falls State Park which is in the US. If you wish to view the falls from Canada, a passport is required. For more international travel information visit the following links:

We are located just 10 minutes from the American Falls State Park. The Rainbow Bridge border crossing to Canada is located right next to the falls.

You may smoke at your site but out of the courtesy of our guests, please refrain from smoking/vaping in any common areas or indoor facilities.

We do allow golf carts. Please respect the following:

• SxS, ATVs, and UTVs are not permitted.
• Must have proof of insurance.
• Golf carts can only be operated by licensed drivers.
• Golf cart drivers must observe the 5 mph speed limit at all times and remain on gravel roads.
• Golf carts may not be operated after dark.
• Owners accept all liability and responsibility for actions of drivers of their golf carts.

We have firewood bundles available for purchase from our General Store. According to state law, firewood cannot be transported more than 50 miles in order to reduce the spread of invasive species. In order to maintain the growing landscape of the campground, please do not cut down or damage any trees.

We do have outdoor storage available on campground property. Please inquire with our office manager if you are interested.

Yes we do! Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8:00 am.

Any guest under 18 years old must be at their campsite during quiet hours unless accompanied by an adult.

Visitors are allowed at your site but must pay a daily visitor fee upon arrival.

A visitor pass is valid until 10 pm.

The total number of persons per site, including visitors, may not exceed 12.

We do allow arrivals to the campground after the office is closed but no later than 12 AM (Midnight). In the event that you are running late, please let us know. There will be a map prepared for you and left outside the General Store door in the late arrival area.

In order to secure a specific site, we offer a lock-in fee of $30. The lock fee for holiday periods is $40.
