Have Questions About Your Stay? We Got You.

HTR Moab Lodge & Cottages strives to focus on the health and well-being of its visitors as a priority. In order to ensure this, visitors are suggested to drink the appropriate amount of water each day due to rising desert temperatures. Please keep these safety recommendations in mind as well for any four-legged campers that may be joining you.

Yes! Please note that any and all vehicles entering the desert need a permit, or you will be subject to a fine. Permits are available at Utah.gov

We have a unique array of neighboring wildlife. With the hustle and bustle of the campground, it is unlikely to encounter large animals on the site. We do ask guests to always stay aware of their surroundings and avoid engaging with wildlife. Hunting, trapping or the pursuit of wildlife is strictly prohibited on site.

Smoking and vaping is allowed outside within private site lines. Guests are prohibited from smoking or vaping inside cottages, lodges and community areas.

Yes! We offer Good Sam and Military discounts.

Our check-out time is 10 AM, and our check-in time is 3 PM.

Our office hours are:

  • Monday – Friday: 10 am – 4 pm
  • Saturday – Sunday: 9 am – 3 pm

Yes, we do have laundry facilities available 24/7.

Yes! Our campground does supply linens for rental accommodations, including bedding, pillows, and towels.

If you are checking in after hours, there will be a welcome packet with your last name on it located to the right of the office door.

HTR Moab is located only a few miles southeast (about a 5 minute drive) from the heart of downtown Moab! There are plenty of amazing restaurants and shops nearby to enjoy.

VACATION RENTAL SITES

For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”) (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit, Less $20, up to the date that is 14 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 13 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation. Holidays require a 30-day notice.

MONTHLY OR LONGER STAYS: For all guests with stays of 30 nights or longer, please see property agreement for Cancellations policy.

You may have up to two domestic pets per reservation. Any dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior will not be permitted in the campground Your pet must always be on a leash. Local Law requires pets to be always on a short leash (6 feet or less). Pets should not be left unattended in the campground. Pets are not permitted inside the communal kitchen, bathhouses, or the laundry room. Please pick up after your pets and dispose of waste in designated pet waste areas. Your pets should not be left outside unattended, at any time. Barking must be controlled to avoid disturbing others. Pet fees may apply.

After 11 AM and before 3 PM, there is an early check-in fee of $10 per hour early. Early check-in is based on availability. ANY reservation checking in before 11 AM will be charged the full nightly rate.

Tent sites can accommodate up to 6 people. If there are more than 6 people per site, you must purchase a 2nd site. Our Tent sites average 10×10 feet and can fit 2 small 2-person tents or 1 large tent. Each Tent site has a picnic table and 1 parking spot nearby. Our Premium Tent Sites feature 20 amp electric hook-up. Please note that these are tent-only sites, and no parking is available at the actual campsite.

Our Community Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, baking utensils and pans, cutting knives and boards, silverware, measuring cups, a fridge and freezer, 2 stoves, 2 ovens, a blender, a toaster, a coffee pot, and a CrockPot. Our outdoor dining area also has a grill and pizza oven available for guest use. We also do have some oils and seasonings!

Yes! Our campground does supply linens for all cottages and lodges, including bedding, pillows, and bath towels.

Our lodge accommodations and cottages feature amenities such as a microwave, a mini fridge, a coffee maker, a small table and chair set, and a ceiling fan. Our cottages also include an outdoor space, private bathrooms, stove tops and all the cookware and tableware needed to cook the perfect meal! One parking spot is provided for each reservation. We have spacious indoor and outdoor kitchens with all the provided utensils, pots, pans, etc. Guests can access the deluxe showers, restrooms, and a coin-operated laundry machine room. Enjoy Wi-Fi, an on-site front desk/store, and a community fire pit.
