Thrills and Chills Costume Parade

This spooky day in Sturgeon Bay involves a kids’ costume parade with prizes, plus inflatables, refreshments, crafts, a dance party and a haunted house. Participating businesses along the east and west waterfronts will hand out goodies to trick-or-treaters.
