Our Kerrville, TX campground experienced a catastrophic flood event as a result of recent storms affecting the Hill Country region. The safety and well-being of our guests and staff remain our top priority. We are devastated by the impact and grateful for the swift action of our team and emergency responders. 

No, the campground is closed until further noticeOur team remains on site, actively supporting guests, families, and the community during ongoing search and recovery efforts. 

All reservations through December 31, 2025 will be automatically canceled and refunded in full. There is no action needed on your part, our team is working diligently to get these refunds completed.

Our team is actively processing refunds in the order they were booked. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your original form of payment. If you haven’t received it after that time, please contact us at [email protected]
